Hello, I’m Monica…
I’m a life coach dedicated to helping mothers like you navigate the journey of motherhood with intention, self-love, and empowerment. I’m a mom of two girls, ages 7 and 4, and I’ve walked this path too—feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, and disconnected, while trying to be everything to everyone.
But here’s what I discovered:
The change I sought didn’t need to happen outside of me—it started within. By focusing on my inner thoughts and feelings, I transformed my experience of motherhood, and everything around me changed too.

I’ve dedicated my career to helping others, spending the last six years counseling former foster youth (ages 18-26) on their paths to healing and transformation. My training spans trauma-informed care, motivational interviewing, Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs), Conscious Parenting, and thought work, all of which are deeply integrated into my approach. I've also spent years studying spiritual teachings and practices that enrich my work as a coach. Now, I’m answering my highest calling: empowering fellow mothers to live vibrant, fulfilling lives they can truly be proud of.

Next, we shift our focus to where you want to go. What kind of mother, partner, and individual do you aspire to be? Together, we’ll create a clear vision of the life you want to lead, setting powerful intentions that align with your values and goals. This step is about dreaming big and setting the stage for transformation.

In this phase, we work on transforming your mindset. We’ll challenge limiting beliefs and replace them with empowering thoughts. You’ll learn tools and techniques to manage your mind, reduce stress, and cultivate a positive outlook. This is where real change begins, as you start to shift from reactive to proactive thinking.

With a new mindset in place, it’s time to take action. We’ll develop a personalized action plan that’s realistic, achievable, and aligned with your vision.
